Where it all started.


In 2003, I took my first Sales job with a local Title Insurance Company. The training was non-existent, guidance was minimal, and the methods to acquire Customers was a wide open field. Looking back, I’m so grateful for this type of start, because it taught me from the beginning that finding my own way to success was the key to winning at Sales. Being a part of the rise and fall of the Real Estate Industry in the 2000’s gave me a swift education in capitalizing on a fast paced, high growth environment and how to weather economic storms.

In 2009 I carved out a new path in Dental working for manufacturers. During my time there, I found a love of educating through in-person trainings and got first hand experience in the benefits of being the subject matter expert. Consulting with Dentists as small business owners allowed me to consult on how to grow their Businesses through profiting from additional services and product promotions.

In 2013 I networked my way into the Payments Industry. I obtained a coveted role at American Express as a Manager of Business Development in Orange County. I partnered with companies in the $10M-500M in revenue space, and year after year won many awards for sales overachievement. My strategy for success was becoming a trusted consultant with these companies, where I would partner with C- level executives to directly impact the bottom line of the company.

It was through this role that I also found my passion for Mentoring & Training. I took opportunities to partner on interviews for new hires, developed multiple Sales Training courses, conducted presentations on National Calls, and much more.

With a desire to further my experience in Team building, I joined a former colleague to assist in building the Southern California Team for Corpay Mastercard. I have an incredible few years with them in Strategic Sales, but know that Leadership is where I’m meant to be.
